OSAGE
Access From Home - ISP Login
|
After
you have followed the instructions
Installation
instructions to install the necessary files onto your PC,
the sequence of events for successful logon to OSAGE will be
very similar to the following:
- Log
on to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) with your ISP ID
and password.
- Start
Netscape or any other browser. Type in the following URL (near
the top of the screen in the text box labeled Netsite or
Location) http://osage.nsuok.edu and press enter.
- Our
new PIX firewall will prompt you to enter your NSU User ID for
your NT password. (Until you successfully enter your NT password,
you will be unable to access OSAGE.)

-
When you have successfully logged in, a message box appears
that reads Document contains no data. Click OK.
-
Double-click the OSAGE icon on your desktop. (This icon is created
when you install the files onto your computer.) If you get an
off-line message, click the Try again button.
-
Next, you should see your standard logon to OSAGE, which will
prompt you to enter your OSAGE password, (not normally the same
as your NT password).
Summary
