1. Right-click on My Computer and click on Map Network
Drive.
 
2. The following dialog box should appear:
 
3. For your L: drive, do the following:
a. By default, the option for drive is Z:. You will need to
click the down arrow to open up the menu box, and select L:.
b. Type the following path in the folder box right below
drive: \\employee\userid (userid is your NSU UserID).
i. In the process of mapping this drive, you may encounter
a dialog box asking you to log in. For username, type nt-nsu\userid (userid is your NSU UserID). Type your NSU Password in
the password box. Click OK, and your L: drive should be mapped.
c. Click Finish. Your L: drive should be mapped.
4. For your I drive, do the following:
a. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
b. Repeat step 3a, only instead of L:, select I:.
c. Type the following path in the folder box below drive: \\student\transfer.
d. Click Finish. Your I: drive should be mapped.
5. For the J drive, repeat steps 1, 2, and 3a, only select
J as the folder.
a. Type \\employee\appl.
b. Click Finish.
6. If you would like to go from the command line, perform
the following steps:
a. Go to Start > Run, and type cmd in the run box.
b. At the command prompt type the following:
i. For your L: drive, type: net use l: \\employee\userid (userid is your NSU UserID),
ii. and
press Enter. It should tell you that the command competed successfully.
iii. For your I: drive, type: net use i: \\student\transfer and press Enter.
iv. For your J: drive, type: net use j: \\employee\appl and press Enter.
