Issues Pertaining to UserID, Password and PIN's

How to get Initial UserID & Password:

  • Using Excels:
    • Call Excels at extension 5580 if on campus, or (918) 458-0888, from off campus and choose options 1, 8, and 5. You will need your Social Security Number (SSN) and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • Using Web Services:
    • Go Online at https://osage.nsuok.edu:8443/nsuEntry.shtml or click to open a new browser window.

Note: Your PIN is initially your Date Of Birth (mmddyy)


How to change your password:

  • Visit: You will need Proof of Identity (NSUID & UserID)
    • Tahlequah Campus:
      • Microcomputing Service Center (MSC) NET Building, 3rd Floor, Room 320. 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., Monday thru Friday
      • Ask a NET Lab Attendant, NET Building, Rooms 212 and 213, 6 a.m. thru 2 a.m., daily.
    • Muskogee Campus:
      • Ask a NET Lab Attendant, Administration Building, Room 116, 4 p.m. thru 9 p.m., Monday thru Thursday.
    • Broken Arrow Campus:
      • Ask a NET Lab Attendant, Building B, Room 137, noon thru 9 p.m., Monday thru Friday, and 4 - 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
