To clarify the confusion surrounding WordPerfect Office Suite Software, Computing and Telecommunication offers the following guidelines, effective January 1, 2006:

  • C&T will not install updates to the WordPerfect Office Suite.
  • WordPerfect Office Suite will not be removed from existing computers.
  • WordPerfect Office Suite will not be installed on new computers or those existing computers in need of complete re-build unless requested.
  • C&T will not offer assistance in regards to Wordperfect Office Suite use.
  • C&T will respond to those needing file conversion assistance.
