This tutorial is to help you add your departmental email account to
your current Netscape 7.2 email. In this example we will be using a
fake account for the NSU Window Washers. Please replace the specifics
used in the examples with the information you recieved when you account
was setup.
- Open you Netscape 7.2 email.
- Go to the "Edit" menu and select "Mail and Newgroups Account
Settings..."

This will open the "Mail and Newsgroups Settings" window.
- Click the "Add Account..." button.

<>This will open the "Account Wizard"
>- Select "Email account"

Click the "Next >" button.
- For the "Your Name:" field enter your departments name.
For the "Email Address:" field enter your departmental email address.

Click the "Next >" button.
- Select the radio button for "IMAP"
For the "Incoming Server:" field enter "mail.nsuok.edu"

Click the "Next >" button.
- For the "Incoming User Name:" enter your departmental email
account userid.

Click the "Next >" button.
- For the "Account Name:" field enter the title you would like your
new account to appear as in your netscape email list. It is
recommeneded to leave the default as the account email address.

Click the "Next >" button.
- Review the account details.

If all details are correct click the "Finish" button.
- Your departmental email account should now be displayed in the
list of accounts in the left pane of you "Mail & Newsgroups Account
Settings" window.

Click the "OK" button.
- Your departmental email account should now be listed under your
personal email account. When you select the inbox of the account you
will be asked to enter you password.

- Your account is now setup and working. Enjoy your email.
